  • This will be your OWN branded app within the App store and Playstore (all our app builds include iOS, Android and Web versions). You maintain ownership of all of your content, Sudor owns the software and we co-own your customer data.

  • Customer migration is part of our Expert partnership option. If you currently use Stripe for your subscriptions, we can seamlessly migrate your existing members across to your new app without them having to sign up again or re-enter their payment information. (If you are not using Stripe, we can usually still migrate your customers, please contact us for more information.)

  • YES! As part of our Expert partnership option we move your content over to your app.

  • Depending upon which partnership option you choose, your platform fee will be between 5% and 22%. This fee is taken automatically whenever a subscriber joins your app, so the money which flows into your Stripe account is net of our fee. This fee covers all of your video storage and streaming costs, 24/7 support for both you and your subscribers, tech surveillance and maintenance (to ensure your app is working seamlessly). Importantly, our business model means that we only earn when you do, and so as your chosen technology partner we are incentivised to support you and help you grow your business.

  • We run regular webinars for our app creator community, often the topics will be related to how to optimise your app and market your business for subscriber growth. We also offer a quarterly strategy call with our team of experts to share best practices and to brainstorm ideas to help you to build your subscriber base.

  • You will have access to our Creator Web Portal and the Creator App. With these tools you can track your business growth on the dashboard. You can also upload, create and organise your content directly from your admin account.

  • If you have your content and launch marketing ready to go, we can build your app in as little as 21 days. On average creators launch within 6 weeks but we can work with you on an appropriate launch timeline for you, your life and your business.

  • We recommend launching with a minimum of 5 content categories with 4 unique videos in each category. Apps that regularly update their app with new content are more successful when it comes to subscriber retention. You can also make use of our ‘livestream’ tool to build your library of content, to engage your subscribers on a more personal level and to build a sense of community. You also have the newsfeed page and community chat page within your app, this allows you to share blog style content and engage with your subscribers whilst on the go.

  • We have built an in-app 2-way live streaming tool to enable you to coach and connect with your subscribers in real time. Our streaming tool delivers high quality video and audio and auto-publishes your live session to your content library immediately after the event. We also have a pre and post class ‘lobby’ so your members can meet and chat with you and each other prior to the session. (The lobby element is NOT recorded). You can connect an external camera and microphone to your livestream from improved audiovisuals.

  • Whilst Sudor originally designed the app with fitness professionals in mind, over the years we have grown and adapted the platform so it can be used by any content creator wanting to build a video based membership app.

  • We have sophisticated search and tagging functionality so that you can easily organise your content and improve the experience for your members. Members can also favourite individual videos or categories to further personalise their experience on your app.

  • We don’t believe in tying you into any lengthy or binding contracts. We want you to love using our platform, not be forced to! If you do decide that we are not the right technology partner for you, you simply need to notify us in writing giving 30 days notice. We will then provide you with all of your content and customer details. We always act in the best interest of our creators and their customers, and so it is important that any customer that has paid for access to your content retains their access until their current subscription period ends.
